Online Courses

KAIA members have access to online training through three high-quality sources: ABEN, IRMI/WebCE and Virtual University.

ABEN Online Classes

The Agents & Brokers Education Network (ABEN) offers a catalog of classes available via webcasting. With ABEN, agents can view the class online and ask questions during the class. Participation is monitored throughout the course, which means there are no tests to take afterward to prove your participation. Upon completion of an ABEN class, KAIA will file your continuing education credit with the Kansas Insurance Department.

New Level Partners

We have partnered with New Level Partners to bring online training
to your employees. Featuring knowledge checkpoints and interactive learning, our Online Learning Portal includes Insurance Coverage, Business Skills, and Manager training. Courses are on-demand, cost effective and can easily fit into your workday. Subscriptions last four months, providing users with unlimited access to our online courses.

IRMI/WebCE Online Classes

IRMI and WebCE offer a catalog of online classes for both agents and financial planning professionals. State-specific topics include ethics, law and legislative updates, flood, homeowners, annuity suitability and LTC training.

Virtual University Online Classes

Virtual University is IIABA's online learning center for independent agents. The VU site offers alternative learning methods, ranging from a comprehensive Research Library and Ask-an-Expert service to live and recorded webinars. Virtual University also offers self-study courses that are not available from any other industry source.
