As an instructor and auditor for Swiss Re, she views creating operational resources for independent agents as both a passion and privilege. Through innovative new practices, Mallory identifies key risks and mitigation plans in a customized fashion to meet the needs of agencies of all sizes.

Currently, as Senior Vice President at MarshBerry in the Growth Advisory division, she drives success in various growth initiatives. Brooke holds the title of Business Insurance Young Gun and the MarshBerry record for hiring the most producers in a year. Todd Jackson, CIC, is the owner and partner at McGowan Insurance Group in Indianapolis, with multiple Indiana locations. He has been a key figure in the insurance industry since 1989, serving as Big "I" vice chair in 2022 and leading Big I Indiana as president in 2013. Todd's contributions extend to the national stage, with four years on the Big "I" Board of Directors and participation in the Trusted Choice® board. He's also been involved with the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and served as the president of the Brownsburg Education Foundation.

Monica Meininger, an insurance veteran since 1981, founded Snell-Nelson Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1985 and served as its President and CEO for 31 years, handling clients in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. She holds designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Professional Insurance Woman, and as a CISR instructor for over a decade, she teaches a variety of insurance courses. Monica has received multiple awards, including the Insurance Woman of Western Kansas, and has served in various industry leadership roles, notably with the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents and the Farmers Alliance Agent's Council.

Rick Pitts

Rick is a private practice attorney in the insurance industry. He serves as Vice-President and General Counsel to Arlington/Roe & Co., Inc. as well as General Counsel to the Big I Indiana and Kentucky. Rick teaches as a faculty member for the National Alliance and speaks annually at the "roadshows" in KY and IN's Agency Compliance Seminars, and presents various seminars on insurance and employment related matters.
