From national thought leaders to industry innovators, our speakers will inspire, challenge, and equip you with tools to navigate today’s rapidly changing insurance landscape.
Keynote Speaker: Marques Ogden
Marques Ogden is a dynamic keynote speaker, former NFL offensive lineman, and founder/CEO of Ogden Ventures, LLC.
Raised in a single-parent home, Marques learned early the power of resilience and integrity, values that carried him through college football at Howard University and into a five-year NFL career.
At just 27 he launched a construction company that saw tremendous early growth—but it ultimately crashed, costing him his business, income, and identity.
From his lowest lows—working a night shift as a custodian and rebuilding from scratch—Marques transformed adversity into growth.
Today, Marques is a sought-after speaker, business coach, and best-selling author whose message centers on authenticity, leadership, accountability, and the power to rise after failure.
In his keynote, “Thriving Through the Eye of the Storm: How To Charge Forward Like A Bison,” Marques shares his remarkable journey and equips attendees with strategies to embrace challenges head-on, navigate uncertainty, and emerge stronger. With a compelling mix of real-world experience, authenticity, and energy, Marques empowers individuals and organizations to charge forward with confidence and purpose.
Audiences leave equipped with actionable tools to lead with purpose, recover from setbacks, and unlock sustainable growth in their personal and professional lives.
