KID Shares Licensing Statistics
On March 29th, the Kansas Insurance Department (“KID”) held an Agent Advisory Committee where Chief of Producer Licensing, Monicka Richmeier, provided the group with an update on licensing activity. There was a total of 147 new resident agency licenses issued in 2021 bringing the total resident agencies on record with KID to 4563 agencies. Keep on mind that the implementation of an agency renewal process in January of 2022 will provide a more accurate number of resident licensed agencies going forward.
